The Operations Department includes the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Security/Tactical Officer, Chief Communications Officer, Operation Officers and Security/Tactical Officers.

The Chief Operations Officer is the Event Coordinator for the Chapter.  They are in charge of managing the setup of various events.  Operation Officers are the Event Committee and assist with various tasks including, but not limited to, decorating and setup.

The Chief Communications Officer is in charge of the Quarterly Newsletter, managing the Facebook Page, creating flyers, pamphlets and creating various recruiting material for the Chapter.

Security Officer

The Chief Security Officer is in charge of locating Emergency Exits and Restrooms at events.  They work with the Chief Operations Officer to identify the possibility of theft at booths and how to mitigate the opportunity.  They also work with the Chief Operations Officer to plan Phaser (laser tag, air soft, or paint ball) War Game events.  The Chief Security Officer is in charge of Internal Investigations within the Chapter; they handle the disputes.  Ideally the Chief Security Officer is, or willing to become, a Self Defense Instructor and help train the community in Self Defense.  The Chief Security Officer is encouraged to share articles concerning Law Enforcement in the news.

During events Security Officers are in charge of walking the floor and specific locations while handing out recruitment cards to the public.  Security Officers are also responsible for assisting with Self Defense Classes and Phaser War Games.
